That's shitty really cuz Bethesda usually had a built in duper on purpose. Looks like I'm going old school. I've read if one deletes the game and all saves and turns their internet off and downloads the game from a hard disk (vanilla) it can still be done. If you have the digital version, then no. If you have the disc version, then yes you can dup the special book, and grenades, fusion cores, mini nukes, gold bars, shipments of raw materials, just about anything. You can dup thousands of an item. I'm currently doing it right now.
